At HealthEast, Inc. in St. Paul, Minnesota, he presented a $2 million pilot proposal for a client-server computer system, which was adopted by senior management. He also designed and presented software training seminars for non-technical audiences.
While with AllInternetNow, a Chicago Internet marketing company, Scott managed the firm's Marketing Operations. He devised communication strategies to market Internet access solutions to geographically distributed clients such as Applebee's, Kohler, Bally's Total Fitness, and Cellular One.
Additional Coaching and Volunteering
Scott coaches and teaches competitive forensics students at Buffalo Grove High School in suburban Chicago, where he was instrumental in revitalizing the speech and drama program.
He has coached individual speakers and presenters since 1997.
Scott received two public speaking awards for performance excellence; he was selected from hundreds of contestants in statewide competition.
He is also a professional actor in the Chicago theatre community.
